# The sprints: Objectives and outputs

To systematically design for exponential change using the Societal Model, we need to apply the relevant principles, processes and tools / templates. These have been developed as a method comprising a set of sprints. These sprints enable us to frame our big question, assess the friction to realise impact at scale, reimagine alternative pathways, make choices, develop the strategy and design related key actions leveraging the Societal Model.

Rooted in the societal context of the problem we wish to solve, the sprints (numbered S0-S8), establish the big question towards which we will work and extend all the way to prototyping new ideas.

The outputs as well as mindset shifts and AHA! moments from all the sprints need to be consolidated into a shared design document. Eventually this can be articulated as a Blueprint for Exponential Change. This Blueprint may serve as a clear narrative that resonates with key ecosystem actors, as a strategic roadmap to navigate the journey and as a basis for deep funder engagement.
