# Sprint 3: Mapping the strategy

To develop a strategy map identifying key ecosystem actors, their objectives, and the assets and abilities that need to be leveraged or enabled to respond to the big question.

Change becomes exponential when it activates all the ecosystem actors effectively and leverages their assets and abilities efficiently in an interdependent and interconnected way. In context of the big question, we must map the actors we act for, actors we act with, assets we must leverage and what needs to be done to enable the ecosystem. This is complex, and hence we must focus on core areas that are most critical to enable exponential change.

**Pre-requisite:** The big question and the list of key friction that impede progress towards it

**Pre-requisite:** An updated version of the design document (SDA5) based on sprint 2 outputs
