# Sprint 5: Distributing the ability to solve

To appreciate the current challenges and limitations of key actors and create effective pathways to improve and sustain their ability to co-create and share value.

Actors (from government, civil society and private sector) in the network may not have built the ability (clarity, capability or capacity) to give what is expected from them at scale or the ability to resolve barriers to collaboration and cooperation. Further, we need many diverse innovations to respond to the big question at scale. Actors need conducive environments to introduce social innovations that are inclusive. How can we improve the ability of key actors to act, innovate and improve?

**Pre-requisite:** Core value exchanges, network patterns and actions to induce network effects

**Pre-requisite:** An updated version of the design document (SDA5) based on sprint 4 outputs

**Downloadable assets** that are useful for preparing for / facilitating this sprint:

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.societalthinking.org/how-to-apply/the-sprints/sprint-5-distributing-the-ability-to-solve.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
